MEET LIV GREIG DOLAN CREATOR OF LIVFIT

Liv’s passion for dance inspired movement began at the age of 7, when she specialized in musical theater & jazz at the Walter Schalk School of Dance. Her upbeat energy and gymnastics abilities motivated her to become a competitive cheerleader which inspires the fun, easy to follow LIVFIT moves you see in class.

Liv is a lifelong fitness enthusiast with certifications in Dance Cardio, Sculpt, Pilates and Prenatal & Postnatal training.
